The “Annual Retreat” offers BTNW members the opportunity to meet over a 2 day period to present data and discuss future developments in both formal and informal settings. We strongly encourage younger researchers to take an active part in presenting their findings and formulating new proposals.

BTNW scientific/management meetings are held every 2 months rotating round the affilitated institutions. These meetings are in addition to the BTNW Preston meetings and are for discussion of research/management issues with members from the other centres involved in BTNW outside Preston.
